At ellaandelliot.com, we strive to provide you with a unique customer experience, similar to the one you would expect visiting the ella + elliot flagship store. However, ellaandelliot.com is a separate entity from the ella + elliot flagship store, and items purchased online at ellaandelliot.com cannot be returned to ella + elliot flagship store without a ticket being issued by ellaandelliot.com.

Your use of this Web site in any manner constitutes your acknowledgement that you have read the Terms of Use and that you agree to follow and be bound by them.

This Web site is provided only for your personal, non-commercial use. Any unauthorized use of the Website is expressly prohibited.

Accuracy

ellaandelliot.com strives to maintain the information on its website as accurate as possible. Product availability may not always be 100% accurate at all times due to the real-time nature of the Internet.

We make all reasonable efforts to accurately depict the attributes of our products, including colours; however, since most products are crafted by hand there may be variations in both texture and colour of the finishes. These variations are not considered manufacturing defects. Additionally the actual colour you see online will depend on your computer system and monitor.

All features, content, specifications, products, and prices of products and services described or depicted on the Web site, and any applicable policies or terms, are subject to change at any time without notice. This includes, but is not limited to, errors in product and price listings.

In the event the product(s) you ordered is not available, you will be contacted by a customer care representative and offered the following 3 options:

  • Wait for the product(s) you ordered to be back in stock. We will provide you with an estimated date of availability at that point.
  • Substitute for another product.
  • Refund the value of that particular item.


In the event the product(s) you ordered is listed in error, you will be contacted by a customer care representative and offered the following 3 options:

  • Continue with the purchase at the corrected price/colour/size/other attribute.
  • Substitute for another product.
  • Refund the value of that particular item.

Returns and Exchanges

Non-sale merchandise in new and unused condition may be returned with your packing slip up to 30 days from the purchase date for an exchange, credit or refund.

Non-sale merchandise in new and unused condition returned without a packing slip or after 30 days from the date of purchase will be exchanged for credit only (less shipping costs).

Exceptions apply:

  • Special Orders are final sale (this includes most furniture + other items with a lead time that is longer than "5 to 7 days").
  • All sale and clearance purchases are final.
  • Bedding; plates, cups, bowls, and cutlery; potties and tubs; toiletries and skincare; teethers cannot be returned for sanitary reasons.
  • All new and unused furniture and gear (strollers + accessories, car seats, etc...) merchandise returned in an opened or missing box is subject to a 20% restocking fee. This does not include special orders, which are final sale.


Please follow the following steps:

Items can only be returned upon being issued a return ticket number issued by ella + elliot. Please contact customerservice@ellaandelliot.com with your order number in the subject and explain whether you would like to exchange an item for another one or if you would prefer a refund. The refund does not include the shipping portion – if applicable. It is limited to the purchase price of the item, including taxes.

Please send your return within 10 days of receiving your ticket number.

Shipping a return item is at the client’s expense.

Pack items carefully in a box suitable for shipping, with appropriate protective packaging if applicable. Items returned with damaged display boxes will be subject to a 20% restocking fee (see above)

Consider insuring your package in case it is lost or damaged in transit. ella + elliot cannot be responsible for items that do not arrive at ella + elliot.

All gift returns may be for credit only; no refunds are available.

Your refund will be processed the same way your purchase was made within two weeks of receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise.

ella + elliot will not accept any return:

  • without a ticket number
  • sent COD
  • if the item is not in its original condition and packaging


Customers are fully responsible for their own measurements. It is not the responsibility of ella + elliot to ensure that any furniture will fit through doorways, hallways, staircases and in rooms.

Any furniture purchase (see "Special Orders" policy above) cannot be returned or exchanged - unless damaged. We will replace any damaged item.

Warranty

All products are covered by the warranty policies of their respective manufacturers. We strongly recommend you register your warrantied product with the manufacturer before use. Any warranty-related issue needs to be addressed directly with the manufacturer. We will be happy to help you with the process by providing contact information, and assistance as required.
